The Cost of Cancer

After receiving a brain cancer diagnosis, individuals face a complex and challenging journey involving various treatment plans, medications, specialist appointments, surgeries, and more.

One of the unfortunate realities is the high cost associated with these treatments. Even with partial coverage from Medicare and Private Health Cover, the out-of-pocket expenses can quickly accumulate into thousands of dollars. This financial burden applies to both public and private patients, adding additional stress during an already difficult time.

Our Mission

Superheroes Foundation was created to assist families experiencing financial hardship caused by brain cancer treatments.

We aim to help families cover out of pocket costs of treatments, side effect medications and any miscellaneous costs such as travel, child care, hospital parking, specialist appointments and anything in between.

Superheroes Foundation will be running events to help raise funds to assist families fighting brain cancer. Our events are family friendly, and are designed to create long lasting memories for all.
